Over the years I have become highly focused and very “goal” oriented. Yes, I am one of those individuals that actually carries his “5 year goal statement” around in his wallet. I look at it to remind myself where I am going and to measure my performance. Goals help us all understand if we are making progress in life or just spinning our wheels.
I had always been able to identify the 1 year to 5 year goals, but the life “mission” had really been eluding me! I mean, really, what am I here to do? What is it that I am suppose to accomplish in one life time? For the longest time I could not figure it out. Currently, after looking at my career history, I concluded that my “life mission” is to “create jobs”.
After all, that is what I do. I create opportunities for people to be useful, to be productive, to contribute and to grow. I Start projects and companies that give life direction, hope and add to the human economy.
